Pump Housing and Key Materials:

The pump housing is constructed from food-grade 316L stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and meets hygiene standards, making it suitable for a wide range of media. The gears and shaft sleeves are made of modified high-strength PEEK (polyetheretherketone), a material that provides superior mechanical strength, high-temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. The sealing system comes standard with FKM (fluorocarbon rubber); however, users may also select sealing materials such as PFA, EPDM, or FFKM based on the characteristics of the medium to meet the requirements of different operating conditions.
