An aluminum profile manufacturer recently visited Tianjin Ruicheng Pump Industry Co., Ltd. to discuss melt pump selection and production line integration, resulting in a cooperation agreement. The customer’s aluminum profiles require PE edge trims designed to provide scratch resistance, wear resistance, and effective sealing. Stringent dimensional tolerances also place demanding requirements on continuous melt delivery and consistent product dimensions.
During the visit, both parties discussed melt pump specifications, installation connections, and operating conditions based on the PE material properties, production output, and equipment layout. Mr. Wang, an engineer at Ruicheng Pump, proposed an equipment configuration and integration solution.
During PE extrusion, changes in feeding, temperature fluctuations, and increased filtration resistance can affect melt delivery to the die. Through rotating gears, the melt pump pressurizes and meters the PE melt. With sufficient inlet feeding and an appropriate processing temperature, it helps reduce flow fluctuations, providing more stable melt delivery for controlling edge trim thickness and dimensions.
This cooperation is based on the customer’s production requirements and aligns melt conveying equipment with the specific application process. Tianjin Ruicheng Pump Industry Co., Ltd. will proceed with equipment manufacturing, delivery, and technical coordination in accordance with the agreed solution.
